Loyalty points

We are pleased to inform you that we have introduced our loyalty point collection system in our online store, in the framework of which we reward the purchases of our returning customers with loyalty points.

The trust and satisfaction of our customers is important to us, which is why we credit loyalty points after the orders of all our old and new regular customers. The collected loyalty points can even be redeemed during the next purchase, so the products we sell can be purchased at an even more favorable price.

Conditions for using the Loyalty Points collection system

Our loyalty point collection system is only available to our registered customers! Loyalty points can only be collected and used by online shopping. No loyalty points are awarded for orders placed by phone or e-mail!

You get points for every purchase you make while entering the system. After the first order, we credit your balance with loyalty points, which you can redeem the next time or continue collecting points. Loyalty points are a full-value means of payment and can be used for all products that can be purchased in the ITC Shop, including discount products.

Loyalty points are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash.

There are no loyalty points after the delivery cost and cash on delivery fee.

The collection of points is tied to an expiration date, the points expire within 360 days. The system always uses the oldest points.

Crediting and redemption of Loyalty Points

Our store opens a virtual account for registered users, to which the points received for a successful purchase are automatically credited. You can use these points at any time later, so you can pay with them. You can view the current balance of your points in your account after logging in.

The points collected during purchases are added up and the customer can decide when and how much they want to use. Points can be redeemed when entering the payment method at checkout.

You get 1 loyalty point for every HUF 50 spent. Loyalty points can be redeemed at a 1:1 ratio, i.e. 1 loyalty point equals HUF 1.

During the order, you can specify if you want to pay with loyalty points when choosing the Payment method. Here you can also see the number of loyalty points you can use. You can then see the actual total amount to be paid. When paying with loyalty points, we will deduct the usable point you have indicated from your account.
